Delight Guarantee

Understanding that purchasing artwork is a meaningful investment for your home, I will do everything that I can to ensure delight is the outcome of your investment.

 

Did your order arrive damaged?

 

If your purchase was damaged during shipment, please email me at desertssage@gmail.com. Please include your order number along with photos of the damaged product(s).

 

You will not need to send the damaged product back. If possible, you might choose to donate it.

 

Keep in mind that original artwork is just that: original, one-of-a-kind. Therefore, if a piece of original artwork is damaged during shipment, it cannot be replaced with an exactly duplicated piece. However, I will do everything in my power to replace its value (example: a different yet equally valued piece of artwork, a professionally framed print of the piece you originally purchased, etc.).

 

Would you like to exchange your product for something else?

 

If you are not one-hundred-percent happy with the artwork you purchased after seeing it in person, I would be pleased to exchange it for something that will delight you every time you see it. Please email me at desertssage@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, and I will be overjoyed to get your exchange started. Please include your order number and a brief description of why you are unhappy with your product.

 

Please note that I do not offer returns and/or refunds currently.

 

Desert’s Sage Shop is teeny-tiny, owned and operated by one artist out of her home office, with no warehouse for storing and/or organizing returns. Therefore, I am unable to offer returns or make price modifications for any reason at this time.
